  1. How do I pay for my purchase?

    We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Bank Deposit and Cash

     

  2. How long does it take to process my payment?

    PayPal payment from credit card or PayPal balance: Instant

    PayPal payment from bank account (i.e. e-Cheque payment via PayPal): 3-5 working days.

    Bank transfer: Up to 3 working days, plus 1 working day for us to clear the payment

    Bank cash deposit: It is instant, but we need 1 working day to clear.

  1. Where do you post from?

    Our item's are posted from Millicent SA 5280, Australia.

  2. Do you ship to international addresses?

    At the moment, we only ship to Australian addresses.

  3. Can I pick up my order to save on shipping fees?

    Yes, pick up is available please contact us.

     

  4. When will my item be dispatched?

    Please be assured that we will send out the item within 1-2 working days after we receive your cleared payment. Once your item has been dispatched, we will e-mail or SMS the tracking number.
