Postage and handling

We dispatch orders with cleared payment made before 1 pm the same day payments after this time will be dispatched the next business day.

Dispatch of all goods is arranged by us through Australia Post or Toll.

Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. Please make sure your address is correct, incorrect addressed shipments will be resent once/if returned and will be at your expense.

Pickups are to be arranged in business hours, please contact us for further details.

All items sent will have a tracking number, however due to the amount of orders processed each day; we will only provide the tracking number on request. If you have not received your goods after 10 days please contact us. Usually, if this happens it means that there was an attempt to deliver however, no one may have been present. If this is the case please check with your local post office first.

If problems do arise, please contact us, and we will endeavor to resolve any issues prior to leaving feedback.

Payment methods accepted

We accept payments via PayPal, direct bank deposit, money orders and bank cheques.

Bank and PayPal e-Cheque’s can take up to 7 business days to clear. You will be informed via email by AllCar Network Recyclers and PayPal on the estimated clearing date.

Bank deposits can take up to 3 business days to clear.

Returns & Refunds

We unfortunately will not refund on incorrect choice or mistake purchases, however, we do accept exchanges.

We accept exchanges on all our items up to 14 days from purchase only unless otherwise stated when contact is made within 1 business day and if contact is made the order must be returned un-used and in original packaging. The buyer is to pay freight for both ways (back to us and back to them).

In the unlikely event that we have sent an incorrect product, buyer must send the order back in original packaging for an exchange for the correct item, we will then send the order back at our cost.
